BOOKING & WEBSITE TERMS · 3 DAY ULURU TOUR
These terms explain how 3 Day Uluru Tour works when you use this website to explore, compare and book three-day Uluru tours and Red Centre adventures. Please read them before you book, alongside the conditions of the tour operator who delivers your trip.
01 · OUR ROLE
3 Day Uluru Tour is an Australian-based travel business in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. We help travellers discover, compare and book carefully selected three-day Uluru tours, Red Centre adventures and other Australian travel experiences offered by independent Australian tour operators.
We mainly provide tour discovery, comparison and booking options. We don’t directly operate every experience. When you book through us, your tour is delivered by the independent operator named for that tour. Unless a tour page clearly says otherwise, we don’t personally provide guiding, transport, camping equipment, accommodation, flights or travel insurance.

02 · OPERATOR CONDITIONS
Each independent operator sets its own itinerary, availability, inclusions, departure arrangements and booking conditions. These can vary between tours and may change. The operator’s conditions apply to your tour, including any payment, cancellation, change and refund terms they set.
Three-day tours usually include two overnight stays where the itinerary specifies them. Some tours run all year and some run seasonally, depending on the operator, the weather and departure schedules. Inclusions vary by operator. A package may include guided sightseeing at Uluru or visits to Kata Tjuta, but only the details for your chosen tour confirm what you’ll get. See What Tours May Include.
Before you confirm a booking, please check the operator’s current details and conditions, and ask us if anything is unclear.
03 · NO GUARANTEES
Remote country and independent schedules mean some things are outside anyone’s control. We’d rather tell you that up front.
Price
We don’t offer a lowest-price guarantee. Prices depend on the operator and itinerary, travel dates and seasonal demand, and the accommodation style, such as camping. See What Affects the Price.
Departures and availability
Departures and availability aren’t guaranteed. They are set by each operator and may change.
Weather and conditions
Weather isn’t guaranteed, and neither are sunrise or sunset conditions. Outback weather can affect plans on the day.
Sightseeing outcomes
Sightseeing outcomes aren’t guaranteed. Access, timing and the order of stops may change for operational, safety or park reasons.
04 · USING THIS WEBSITE
Guidance, not a promise. Our destination guides and planning articles, such as the Planning Guide: Distances & Red Centre Logistics, are general travel information to help you compare tours. They don’t replace the details of your chosen tour.
Enquiries. When you send an enquiry through our contact form, it is stored privately in this website’s system so we can reply. It isn’t sent automatically to external marketing services, and this website doesn’t take payment through the form. You’ll see a confirmation message once your enquiry is sent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Photographs. Many images on this site are stock or reference photos of the Red Centre. They show the landscape and styles of travel, not a specific operator’s vehicles, accommodation or tour.
05 · YOUR RIGHTS
We comply with applicable Australian laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and relevant privacy requirements. Nothing in these terms or in any operator’s conditions excludes, restricts or changes the consumer guarantees and rights you have under that law.
If something about a booking doesn’t seem right, please contact us first and we’ll help you work through it with the operator.
